Hi, I’m Phil, the founder of Seen.
I spent the last 12 years in high-growth startups, with 9 years of experience in adult education. Most recently, I was GM of Special Projects at Springboard, where I launched our B2B business, built five teams from the ground up, and hired and managed 50+ employees (while the company grew from 6 to 300). On every team I saw the same pattern play out again and again: the biggest variable in performance wasn't strategy or resources—it was the quality of human connection.
I spent the last five years researching the science of connection, and it completely changed my life. I founded Seen to share what I learned: connection and culture isn't magic—it's a system that can be measured, taught, and mastered.
I’ve worked with founders, executives, and teams from organizations like Google, the UN, and Intuitive Surgical. I help leaders treat connection as a vital sign, using evidence-based methods to improve trust, decision-making, retention, and performance.
